Every home is different, so the plan fee depends on your home’s size and complexity. After the site visit we give you a clear, upfront quote — and your LKR 10,000 booking fee is taken off that total. No hidden costs.
💡 Example: if your plan is quoted at Rs 60,000, you’ve already paid LKR 10,000 — so only Rs 50,000 remains.
