How do I book a site visit?+
Press “Book a Site Visit”, share a few details, and pick a date and time on our calendar. That's it — your visit is reserved.
How does the Rs 10,000 booking fee work?+
It's a fixed fee that reserves your site visit, and it is fully deducted from your final plan value. After you choose a date, we'll contact you on WhatsApp to arrange the payment.
Do I need to own land before booking?+
Ideally yes — a site visit works best when you own (or are about to own) the land. If you're still searching, you can still reach out and we'll guide you.
Which areas do you cover?+
Island-wide, with frequent visits across the Western, Central, and Southern provinces.
Do you help with council approvals?+
Yes — we guide you on exactly what your local council needs so there are no surprises during approval.
How long does it take to get my plan?+
After the site visit you'll see a first draft, then the final buildable drawings. Timelines depend on the size and complexity of your home — we'll tell you upfront.
